Southeast University Archive processes thesis upload for all undergraduates, the graduates. All current students are encouraged to go online to upload the thesis. This is the easiest and most efficient way to have your thesis upload and verified.

First-time users please click on the register button to create your account.

Once created the account, please use your 6-digits student ID (not your student card) and password to log in. To upload the thesis, please fill in the form.

To have the thesis verified, certain detail should be focused on carefully,

1. A standard paper includes standard Chinese cover, English Cover, A declaration for Originality, Abstract in Chinese, Abstract in English.

2. Standard Chinese cover contains school code (Southeast University: 10286 ), Student ID number, Classification code, UDC number.
