The project, On the building and managing of electronic archives of students’ enrollment status managed by Mr. Su Weiping of the Archives was awarded second prize. The project shows that cooperation between different departments is needed in order to combat difficulties in the administration of electronic archives of students’ enrollment status. The electronic enrollment data from different administration departments should be merged into the comprehensive administration system of the Archives. In this case, the timely filing, comprehensive managing and controllable sharing of electronic enrollment data from different sources could be done with the aid of network. The Evaluation Committee placed a high value on the project.
